Produced using a molding process, this grating type is formed in heated molds using a matrix of resin and continuous fiberglass strands. The one-piece structure offers excellent chemical resistance and uniform load distribution—ideal for areas requiring slip resistance and corrosion protection, such as walkways, trenches, and chemical plants.

Manufactured with pultrusion machines, this grating type is made by pulling continuous fiberglass rovings through a resin bath and then into a heated die. This process results in high fiber content, superior mechanical strength, and long span capacity. Pultruded grating is perfect for structural applications with heavy load demands.
