We believe that it’s time for Indonesia to embrace the power of composite materials. As industries evolve, our innovative products provide the foundation for stronger, more resilient, and cutting-edge developments.

By choosing composites, businesses can gain a competitive edge, optimize their operations, and contribute to a greener economy.

WHY CHOOSING FRP ?

Fibreglass has a lower weight than traditional materials – only 1/4 of the density if steel. There are also weight savings to be had as an alternative to other metals – our fibreglass weighs only two-thirds as much as aluminium.

This makes them easier to work with and means that great weight savings can be achieved on the finished structure.

The low weight of FRP profiles means that great weight savings can be achieved on the finished solution. This enables a more streamlined, lighter design that places less demand on its foundations. A lighter solution also reduces the installation costs on factors such as special machinery and cranes.

Fiberglass is an impressively strong material, able to compete with steel, aluminum, and wood. Composite profiles exhibit moderate stiffness, meaning they match the weight of aluminum, constitute only 20% of the weight of concrete, and weigh just 40% of a comparable steel construction.

Choose fibreglass profiles from Us and enjoy the same great strength as steel – but at only a quarter of the density. It is also possible to make weight savings in comparison with aluminium, as the density is 30 % lower. Our structural profiles have an elastic modulus of 23,000 –28,000 MPa. This ensures excellent rigidity and makes the profiles particularly well-suited to construction tasks that require great strength and low weights. Some examples might include fitting balconies to façades or the erection of new bridges where a reduction in the weight and/or installation time is required.

Our corrosion-free profiles are resistant to the effects of wind and weather, and aggressive liquids. This makes them ideal for use in industry, construction and offshore installations, for example.

Our fibreglass profiles are a cost-effective alternative to stainless steel, because they have a long life and require only minimal maintenance. At the same time, they also offer other advantages such as a low weight and ease of use, reducing your costs overall. In addition, and in contrast to metals, our profiles are not exposed to electrolytic corrosion.

Prices for standard profiles are significantly cheaper compared to stainless steel and aluminum, and competitive with galvanized steel. This makes our profiles a future-proof choice where the costs of both installation and future inspections can be reduced considerably.

Fibreglass profiles are widely used along railway lines where propulsion power is involved. They are used for access routes such as platforms, footbridges and stairs. They reduce the complexity of both earthing at the time of installation and of subsequent inspections of the electrical protection equipment.

Fibreglass  are resistant to aggressive chemicals, and liquids. This makes them ideal for wastewater treatment plants, swimming pools, cooling towers and construction, where there is a risk of corrosion.

With minimal maintenance required throughout their long lives, our fibreglass profiles are a cost-effective alternative to stainless steel.
